This was one of three pairs of earrings I ordered at the same time. There was some sort of unexplained snafu with shipping that ultimately resulted in a delay, but when I contacted the seller, the correction was made as quickly as possible, and the seller even provided an additional gift to make up for it. Upon receiving the earrings, I am very pleased with their quality and would order from this seller again. 👍
